Lamborghini Sesto Elemento: Only for Track Driving

Lamborghini Sesto Elemento (5)

Unveiled at last year’s Paris Motor Show, the Sesto Elemento is expected to make it into dealerships by the end of this year. A strong rival to the much adored Bugatti Veyron Super Sport, this gorgeous supercar has got one downside: it’s not street-legal.

Priced at $2.92 million (some $280,000 more than the Veyron Super Sport), the Sesto Elemento will be powered by Gallardo’s 5.2-liter V10 engine and will be made almost entirely of carbon fiber. This combination of lightweight materials and high power will result in a maximum speed of over 200 mph and a 0-62 mph time of just 2.5 seconds. If you want one of these, even though you won’t be able to drive it around in the city, you should know that only around 20 examples will be made.
