Looking for some really special Christmas gifts for your friends and family this year? If so, then the recently opened Lady Gaga’s Holyday Workshop on Madison Avenue, New York is exactly where you want to go shopping! The awesome “Gagaland” can be found on the fifth floor at Barneys, and it is filled with all sorts of Gaga-inspired stuff: toys, costumes, books, candy, iPad covers, leather jackets for kids, and much more.
Everything in the fascinating workshop tells something about the pop star, starting with her childhood (the books that she read as a child), and continuing through her fabulous career, all the way to the present day. Gaga herself came at the opening event dressed up in a dramatic Chanel gown, and carrying huge scissors with which she cut the ribbon for the opining night.
To keep with the Christmas spirit, Gaga decided she would donate 25% of the workshop’s sales to her “Born This Way Foundation”, which encourages self esteem, and fights against bullying.
