Lady Anne Superyacht Bought by Redskins Owner Dan Snyder

A true palace on water, the magnificent Lady Anne superyacht has recently found a new owner in NFL team owner Dan Snyder. The renowned American entrepreneur is the current owner of the Washington Redskins football team and many other neat stuff, including a Bombardier BD—700 Global Express XRS. His latest acquisition however can provide more than just a way to privately go from point A to point B. The 224-foot yacht (part of the top 100 largest yachts in the world) can also offer him unforgettable luxury vacations.

Snyder bought the yacht from Jerome and Anne Fisher for approximately $70 million. For this money he got plenty of space to vacation with up to 15 other guests, plus a crew of 18. Everything on the Lady Anne spells luxury, from the spacious Jacuzzis to the A-grade Thasos marble – the most expensive in the world. Amenities include a library, a theater, a gymnasium, open air dining and lounging spaces and much more.

Powered by twin diesel fueled 3516B DITA engines producing 2,375 horsepower each, the vessel has a cruising speed of 15.5 knots and a maximum speed of 17.4 knots. One single refill is enough to keep the yacht going for 5,500 nautical miles.
