After putting her $42 million Beverly Hills home on the market, famous actress Jenifer Aniston moved her focus to New York City’s West Village, where she found something to meet her taste: a $5.9 million penthouse and the $1.8 million apartment below it.
The penthouse used to belong to celebrity hairstylist Sally Hershberger and it was recently renovated by Brad Floyd and Joe D’Urzo, an architect and a designer respectively. But that was simply not enough for the 42-years-old actress, who wanted a much bigger home. So she decided to merge the two purchases into a huge duplex with a total of 2,700 square feet of living spaces, plus 900 more square feet of outdoor room.
