Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 by Hennessey – A Fast Monster (1)

With the recently tuned Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8, Hennessey is showing the world just how fast a monster can be. Dubbed the 2013 HPE800 Twin Turbo, this is one of the most powerful Jeeps out there: it boasts 805 horsepower at 5,800 rpm and 823 pound-feet of torque. All this muscle comes from a 7.0-liter based on the standard 6.4 L Hemi.

The outstanding vehicle can complete the 0-62 mph sprint in only 3.1 seconds, making it faster than many supercars today. The numbers continue to impress us with a quarter mile run finished in just 10.9 seconds at 130 mph. These amazing results were obtained thanks to some very significant modifications of the powerplant, including a transmission and torque converter upgrade.

Other changes in this incredible Jeep include lowered suspensions, lighter alloy wheels, upgraded brakes (15.1-inch Brembos), a carbon fiber front splitter, and a leather and Alcantara interior.
