The first electric smart scooter in the world was unveiled recently by a company called Gogoro, and it looks like it could easily become one of the most reliable, fast and eco-friendly means of transportation in a busy city.
Even though it is fully electric, we’re not talking about a slow-moving two-wheeler here. On the contrary, this beastly little scooter is able to reach a speed of 31 mph in just 4,2 seconds, while its top speed is at 60 mph. The vehicle was put together using tough and lightweight racing grade aluminum, and since it is a “smart” product, it features cloud connectivity that can be achieved with the help of an Android or iOS app.
Through the app, the user can track battery levels and even find out where are the nearest battery swapping stations should the need arise.
