Created specifically for those who will take part in the Swiss Space Systems program, the Breitling S3 ZeroG watch was designed to function perfectly even during a zero gravity flight. Being the main sponsor of the aforementioned program, it makes sense that Breitling would manufacture something spectacular, but the S3 ZeroG definitely managed to surpass all expectations.
The watch features a black titanium case and is powered by a SuperQuartz movement, while its intricate yet readable dial flaunts a distinct S3 logo. The watch will be given to those lucky enough to afford a VIP seat on board one of the special Airbus airplanes that would provide memorable moments of total weightlessness during their 2-hour flights. The price for such a VIP pass is no less than $68,000, but there are also cheaper seats available on board the aircraft for just $2,700 – watch not included though.
The S3 program will start off in 2015 in several spots around the globe, including Asia, Central America and the Middle East. Will you be a part of it?
