Another edible-gold dessert is here to make waves: the $1,000 Popsicle, served by the poolside at the Marquis Los Cabos resort in Baja California Sur, Mexico.
Served on the classic plastic stick, the popsicle is made of a very expensive tequila, Tequilas Premium Clase Azul Ultra, priced at $1,500 a bottle. To obtain an even more unique and special composition, its makers added a few 24-karat gold flakes to it. But if sweets are not exactly your thing, you can always try a shot of the special tequila for $500.
