Every single splash of color in this house is important and very visible. Almost entirely based on the classic black-and-white combination, the AS House in Cornélio Procópio (Brazil) was designed by Guilherme Torres.
Tall outside walls (7.5 meters or 24.6 feet) hide the house and offer its inhabitants all the privacy they need. With two stories, four suites, a basement level, a patio and a pool, this can definitely be considered a luxury property. There is no garden outside, only a few palm trees, but they are enough to give the place an exotic look.
It can also be said that this is a guest-welcoming house, as even the furniture has been specially designed for this purpose. The 10 meters long sofa and the 7 meters long table are the living proof of the hospitality characterizing this property.
