The Highlander Superyacht Can Now Be Charted

The beautiful and luxurious Highlander superyacht that played host to some of the world’s most important personalities can now be chartered courtesy of a superyacht broker named Edmiston. The vessel in question was built in 1986 for none other than the editor-in-chief of Forbes magazine, Malcolm Forbes. Some of the most important people that stepped foot on board this lavish vessel include Margaret Thatcher, HRH Prince Charles, Ronald Reagan, Mick Jagger, Sir Paul McCartney and more.

Today, it enjoys a complete renovation of its interiors and several upgrades to its mechanical systems, which means that it is perfectly capable to meet and surpass the strictest standards of comfort and safety.  Purchased in 2012 by Roberto de Guardiola, the Highlander measures 162 feet in length and boasts a cruising speed of 13 knots. Accommodations include 6 lavish staterooms that provide exceptional living arrangements for up to 12 guests.  Additionally, the vessel can carry a crew of 11 that would ensure that all guests are treated accordingly and are able to enjoy a superb cruising experience.

For starters, the Highlander will graciously glide across the waters of the Mediterranean, but it will move on to the paradise of the Caribbean at a later date.
