Unveiled during the 2015 Worthersee Tour, this exceptional concept car is named Volkswagen Golf GTE Sport, and it looks simply phenomenal. It boasts a futuristic design based on a carbon fiber body, and it is equipped with three different engines, namely a conventional 1.6-liter gasoline engine complemented by a pair of electric motors.
The gasoline engine is able to deliver an output of 295 horsepower on its own, while the electric motors contribute with some extra 114 horsepower. In electric mode alone, the Volkswagen Golf GTE Sport concept features a range of about 31 miles, which is definitely nothing to sneeze at. The interior cockpit oozes modernism and futurism, while the pair of swing-up doors further contributes to a modern, edgy appearance.
