Last year Fujifilm launched the very successful X100 camera with a black/grey color scheme and a lot of very alluring technical features. After photography lovers expressed their appreciation of the model, and also their desire to see an all-black version of it, the Japanese company decided to create a limited edition black version of the compact camera.
The camera comes with a leather case, a protective filter, a lens hood, and a message card bearing the unit’s serial number as a mark of authenticity. As good looking as this advanced machinery may look, its beauty is not its only alluring quality. The camera also packs numerous new technologies, including a 12-megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor for high-quality photos regardless of circumstances, and the company’s brand new Fujinon 23-mm F2 lens. Fujifilm will only produce 10,000 units.
