Ferrari engineers have figured out a smart way of bringing to life the world’s first mid-engined exotic super ride with a retractable hard top. They called it the Ferrari 458 Spider and have recently released pictures and a short presentation video of their awesome creation. We are happy to share them with you.
The flipping hard panel uses a similar mechanism to that of the Superamerica, with the difference that this new baby also has a lid for the panel. This makes the ride more visually appealing, even when the roof is flipped back. We honestly can’t wait to see it displayed at the upcoming Frankfurt Motor Show next month!
