Part smartphones, part jewelry pieces, the Ruby Limited Edition handsets by Saveli are set to be unveiled by the Swiss company during this year’s SIHH event that will take place between January 19 and 23. The edition includes a duo of devices, one of which is considerably more luxurious than the other.
The crown jewel of this edition is the Ruby Passion smartphone, which costs $57,700, and for good reason. It features lavish red alligator leather as well as exquisite adornments in the form of 395 brilliant-cut rubies and 144 brilliant-cut diamonds. It is limited to just 8 pieces, which makes it highly exclusive.
The second device is the relatively more affordable Ruby Mystery, which costs $35,600. It features an 18-carat white gold case as well as a case back made out of stainless steel and rubberized alligator leather. Its decorations include 395 brilliant-cut rubies. Ruby Mystery is limited to 20 units.
