Cafe de la Paix – a famous Parisian café located in the InterContinental Paris Le Grand Hotel – has joined hands with former French model Inès de la Fressange to create a delicious and fashionable new dessert.
Pastry chef Dominique Costa will prepare the new almond cake after the posh design of the beautiful 56 year old model and fashion designer. Fresh raspberries and coconut cream are also part of the recipe, as well as a little bit of coconut panna cotta. The high-fashion character of the sweet dish is given by the tiny chocolate handbag at the top, which is prepared with raspberry sauce. Gourmets will only have the pleasure of tasting the high-end dessert until the end of the year.
