The acoustic guitar is definitely one of the most popular musical instruments in the world, but it’s not exactly one of the sturdiest, as it can be damaged easily by water or regular shocks. That’s why a US-based company named KLOS Guitars has decided to create a special version using lightweight and sturdy carbon fiber.
This six-string guitar has a carbon fiber body and a mahogany wood neck that can be detached without too much effort for easy storage and transport. Obviously, this guitar is lighter when compared to its regular counterparts, and it is definitely much more resilient when it comes to dents, cracks or just general wear and tear. Musicians who travel often and hikers will be particularly interested in this special guitar, which is currently available for just $500 on Kickstarter.
