Adorned with no less than 72,000 Swarovski crystals, this dazzling toilet is not for ordinary people with ordinary houses. It is worth $128,000 and it’s the perfect representation of opulence. It was recently unveiled in Lixil, a Japanese showroom whose manager, Kazuo Sumimiya said: “we’re displaying this item, hoping that it will carry on and make the coming year one that shines brilliantly”, as opposed to the tragic events that affected Japan this year.
The Swarovski jewelers who worked on this unique piece needed a month to complete the project. Now it can be admired in all its splendor at the Lixil showroom in Tokyo’s Ginza shopping district.
