Collection Cars Exhibition in Paris by Ralph Lauren

1958 Ferrari Testa Rossa

Ralph Lauren’s passion for collection cars is well known, so it’s no surprise to learn that the fashion designer plans a major exhibition at the Museum of Decorative Arts in Paris. The event will take place between April 28 – August 28, 2011 and will show seventeen rare models, all chosen by director Rodolphe Rapetti.

The vehicles, many of them with an important historical value, will actually be the most famous sports cars from 1930 until today. Among them we mention a 1929 Blower Bentley designed by WO Bentley,  a Mercedes-Benz SSK Count Trossi, one of the only two existing Bugatti Type 57SC Atlantic Coupe, a Ferrari 375 Plus designed by Giovanni Battista Pininfarina, and a Jaguar XKD, the fastest vehicle in its time.
