When it comes to losing weight, celebrities keep finding the strangest ways to be fit. For example Katie was observed drinking Celsius and everybody seemed to be anxious to try it, but this drink contains a lot of caffeine and its enough to keep you awake, but its not certified that it helps burn calories.

A favorite diet is the one adopted by Beyonce who managed to lose ten pounds for her role in the movie Dreamgirls. This diet is called The Maple Syrup diet and doesn`t seem healthy at all, involving mixes of lemon juice, maple syrup and cayenne pepper, but also excluding all kind of solid food. Also drinking laxative tea every night and morning seems to do the trick.

Nicole Kidman and Angelina Jolie are the ones that eat “clean”. They don’t eat any kind of processed food but the products that body really needs.

The Zone diet seems to keep Jennifer Aniston slim and shiny and its based on the idea of having only two groups of foods. Also you need omega 3 fish oil supplements and optionally practicing Budokon, Jennifer`s preferred mix of yoga and martial arts.

By far the strangest of all seems to be Lily Allen`s method. Through hypnosis sessions the brain is convinced that you only want to eat when you`re hungry and that you like sports.
