CAT stands for City Aquatic Transportation and it’s the name of a very futuristic solution to traffic congestion. It can only be a viable solution for cities with waterways, as Cal Craven designed the CAT to only work on water. Each craft is large enough to transport four passengers and should be available for booking from special docks in the city or even online. Probably the most attractive feature of these watercrafts is the fact that they can drive on autopilot, but can also be manually driven by tourists if they want to.
