Rolls-Royce makes some of the best one-off luxury cars ever. Whenever we hear about a hyper-exclusive model from the British brand, we get very excited and we can’t wait to share the news. This is one of those times.
The one-of-a-kind Rolls-Royce Phantom Celestial is the automaker’s latest project and it has only recently been unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show. It is the long wheelbase version of the model, ensuring plenty of space for all passengers. It features only a few changes compared to the stock version, but those modifications are all this car needs to be absolutely stunning.
Celestial’s most significant feature is the mesmerizing headliner with countless fiber optic lights scattered over a dark backdrop. This unique pattern is not random: it actually replicates England’s starry night on the south coast, at midnight on January 1, 2003. The date is important in the company’s history because it marks the day in which the first Phantom delivery was made.
Other noteworthy features of the new Phantom Celestial include the ‘Dusk’ leather interior evoking the “ink quality of a cloudless night sky”, an engraved glass picnic set, a rear drinks compartment with a lid that reflects the headliner’s lights, an analog clock with four diamonds, a dark paintjob with sparkling glass particles, and engraved wheel centers.
