Christie’s Important Jewels sale on June 14 will be dominated by a stunning 46.51-carat E-color oval diamond on a platinum ring. The jewel is expected to sell for between $2.5 million and $3.5 million, which is quite a lot, especially if compared to the estimated total sale of $8 million.
For a plus of glamour, the ring features two other gems flanking the one in the middle: a VS1 clarity diamond weighing 1.00 carat and a VS2 clarity diamond weighing 1.01 carats. Another highlight of the sale will be the 10.01-carat pear shaped diamond that embellishes a ring expected to sell for up to $1.5 million.
