The spectacular two-story Conrad Hilton Suite at Hilton Chicago has recently went through an extensive upgrade process, which resulted in a truly opulent home-away-from-home fit for royalty. And since the US doesn’t have a queen or king, the suite is just perfect for the country’s President, offering a long list of luxe amenities that many of us can only dream of.
The renovation program cost a whopping $1.8 million, and the outcome is simply spectacular. Only high-end finishes, fixtures and furnishings were chosen for each and every chamber of the huge temporary dwelling for the rich. This is actually the largest hotel suite in the entire Midwest, and it has been hosting every single US President since Reagan.
Some of the mind-blowing amenities that it boasts include a Carrara Gold marble fireplace, an old-school grand piano, iPad controllable systems – including a top-notch TV that pops out of a dresser – expensive decorations, and exquisite finishes. The new color palette is warm and elegant, with hues of white, cream and light brown, but also a few contrasting tones of dark wood, gray and black.
The suite flaunts an elegant dining room for 14 people, an impressive Grand Salon with fireplace, a private kitchen, a library with bar and pool table, and a total of 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, night-cap bars, and private dressings.
